Georgina Sankey

Georgina Sankey has over five years’ experience at Savills, having previously specialised in the Rural Diversification sector.

She manages two diverse estates in the South East of England, overseeing a wide-ranging portfolio of residential, commercial, agricultural, and forestry assets and enterprises. Georgina is recognised for her proactive approach to estate management with a strong eye for identifying income-generating opportunities. She makes full use of her professional network and industry contacts to unlock value and deliver innovative solutions for her clients.

Known for being trusted, honest, and approachable, Georgina builds strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing advice and dependable support across all aspects of estate management.

Alongside her day-to-day responsibilities, Georgina has project managed the development of a Whole Estate Plan for one client, as well as a separate vision document for another, setting out a clear framework for sustainable land management and long-term resilience for future generations of landowners. This work has included detailed research into rural diversification opportunities, ensuring estates are well-positioned to adapt and thrive.

Georgina is Chair of the Historic Houses Next Generation Group, which supports those who may one day live in or manage historic houses, helping them prepare for their responsibilities as custodians.

In her spare time, Georgina enjoys drawing, cooking, and shooting.
