Freya joined Savills in 2021 in the Petworth office, specialising in valuations of rural and residential property across Surrey, Sussex and Kent. Freya also provides consultancy services to rural clients as well as compulsory purchase work.
Freya attended St John's College, Durham University before then undertaking a Masters at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. Freya started at Savills in 2021, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in 2024.
Freya specialises in the valuation of rural, residential, commercial, and agricultural assets. She provides freehold and leasehold valuations for various purposes, including secured lending, income and capital taxation, disposals, acquisitions, and tax planning. Additionally, Freya offers valuation advice on easements, wayleaves, and compensation claims for land loss. She is also involved in estate management, offering consultancy on landlord and tenant matters, as well as residential and commercial rent reviews.
Freya grew up in Hampshire and enjoys a number of sports including swimming, hockey and riding. Freya serves in the Army Reserve, as a soldier with the Royal Wessex Yeomanry, training on Challenger 2 main battle tanks.
