
Robert is a director in the Oxford planning team specialising in maximising client assets and value through a detailed understanding and application of the planning system to achieve results.
Robert specialises in promotion and technical development control issues of planning and development schemes. He is also experienced in all aspects of planning enforcement matters and has considerable involvement in neighbourhood planning.
His work has included residential schemes ranging from single plots to over 3,000 dwellings. In addition, Robert has specific experience in educational projects for private schools, universities and colleges. Much of this work has involved resolving sensitive issues regarding listed buildings, conservation areas, ecology and designated landscapes.
Robert has been involved with the preparation of development briefs, submission of applications, appeals (including acting as expert witness), resolution of section 106 agreements and liaison with local interest groups.
