Nev Surtees

Nev has extensive experience in the co-ordination and preparation of planning applications and appeals for a wide range of different land uses, including residential, employment, warehousing / logistics and sport. This work has included the production of planning statements and statements of community involvement, liaison with local planning authorities, community engagement (including with local politicians and community groups), and the completion of Section 106 agreements.  

Nev has also submitted numerous representations to local plan consultations and participated in a large number of examinations.

In terms of project scale, Nev has been involved in schemes which include single homes, small to medium sites in towns and villages, large urban extensions, and sites in the Green Belt.

Nev’s clients include major house builders, logistics companies, insurance companies, NHS Trusts and private individuals.
