Matt has worked for Savills in the development team since 2004, covering Oxfordshire and the surrounding market area.
Matt advises on and disposes of many types of development opportunities from complex mixed use schemes to strategic greenfield land for residential lead development. Projects have included farmyard barn conversions, redundant office buildings, former industrial premises and large scale urban extension sites. His work is focused on maximising land value for property owners, balanced against other objectives such as minimising risk and capital outlay, and ensuring high quality development as a legacy position.
