Prior to her work in lettings, Julia specialized in relocation services, assisting corporate clients with their moves across the UK. Julia’s main role as a lettings negotiator involves connecting landlords and tenants. She markets properties, arranges viewings, sources tenants, conducts reference checks, negotiates rental terms, and ensures legal compliance.
