Dan Giles

Dan has 10+ years experience and specialises in land disposals, acquisitions and related consultancy, including affordable housing, residential development pricing. land assembly, development viability and planning. 

He provides advice to clients in the above areas and focuses on projects in the South East of England.

Dan started his career at Savills and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018. He worked at Savills until late 2021, before going to work for several developers in land acquisition and planning roles until late 2025. 

Dan returned to Savills in January 2026 to work in his current role but with additional developer side experience and knowledge.

Outside of work Dan enjoys being outdoors walking his dog and playing sports.
