Charlotte joined the South East development team in 2018. She specialises in residential dwellings and development opportunities.
Prior to joining the Savills graduate scheme Charlotte complete an MSc in Real Estate, gaining a distinction. Charlotte qualified as a chartered valuation surveyor in Autumn 2020.
Charlotte predominantly provides valuation and consultancy advice on a combination of residential dwellings and residential/mixed use development sites, across the south east, for a range of lending institutions, private individuals and corporate clients.
Charlotte has lived in Surrey her whole life, enabling good local knowledge to supplement her work. Outside of the office she spends her time out with her family, their dog and horses, enjoying the benefits of the Surrey Hills.
