Lucy works as a Director in the Chelmsford Development team specialising in strategic land, residential development, and mixed-use masterplan advice to clients and landowners across Essex and the Eastern region.
Lucy previously worked in London Development Land team with geographical focus on south London. She has a broad client base including institutional investors, national housebuilders, residential developers, public sector bodies and charitable organisations. Her experience is varied and extensive, with a particular focus on large scale legacy development projects extracting value and delivering results for her clients. Lucy joined Savills graduate programme in 2013 and qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2016.
