Sian's team

Sian is a director within the rural agency team and specialises in the sale and purchase of farms and rural properties throughout southwest Scotland.

Sian joined Savills as a rural graduate in 2009 in the Glasgow office and after becoming a Chartered Rural Surveyor made the move to Savills Dumfries office in 2015 to setup and run the southwest agency team.  Sian enjoys all aspects of agency from meeting and getting to know clients, establishing objectives, getting to know the farm, problem solving along the way and speaking to buyers to introduce them into her client’s properties.    

Sian was brought up on a pig farm in Wigtownshire where she now lives with her husband and young family and enjoys being involved in the sheep and beef enterprises on the farm.
