Emma is a director in the Savills Manchester office, specialising in Leisure Property Management.
Emma joined Savills in 2014 as a graduate and has since become a dedicated specialist in leisure property management.
Emma heads up the UK leisure property management team and is also joint head of the Manchester property management team.
Emma works on a number of leisure and mixed-use assets for a range of clients including Legal & General, The Crown Estate, Columbia Threadneedle and Pradera. She provides strategic advice and day‑to‑day management support to help clients maximise the performance and long‑term value of their properties, delivering on key client initiatives such as asset management strategies, sustainability objectives and tenant engagement programmes.
Emma is also responsible for chairing the Northern Regional Development Board and delivering the wider strategy between the Savills Northern offices, focusing on regional clients, culture and communities.
