Ed Rooney

Ed has been working in residential development since 1997. He began his career in Manchester focusing on the emerging city centre market in the late 1990s before moving to Leeds to set up a new development team for GVA in 1999. Ed subsequently spent six years in the Leeds and Yorkshire market before moving back to focus on the north west market.

Ed later had an interesting two year spell at a regional housebuilder and also previously set up his own consultancy in a joint venture.

Ed loves living in Chester with his wife and two children.
