Peter joined Savills in 2021 to set up and lead Savills North East capital markets team.
He is a cross sector investment specialist with extensive experience in many key regional markets but with a focus on the North East of England.
Peter has over 15 years dedicated capital markets experience and has lived and worked in Leeds, Manchester, London and for the last 8 years, Newcastle upon Tyne, where he is based. As a consequence Peter has a detailed knowledge of many key regional markets, along with an extensive nationwide contact network for transacting, sourcing and delivering opportunities.
Peter prides himself on his intricate local market knowledge and advises a broad range of clients on investment acquisitions and disposals, appraisal and asset management strategies and development funding.
