Matt specialises in residential lettings and has been with Savills since 2011. He is the lettings manager of the Westminster & Pimlico office, having opened this department in 2014.

Matt has a keen interest in property, people and sales; a passion that has been his career since 2008. After several varied sales roles, he began his life as a lettings agent at the age of 27.

Being based in Westminster he loves the broad range of properties that he deals with, from charming period houses to stunning contemporary new builds.

His team specialise in long-term corporate relocation, for which there is an increasing demand within the Westminster and Pimlico area.
