Richard joined Savills in 2005 and jointly runs the prime central London flat team, specialising in the sale of flats in Belgravia and Knightsbridge.

Richard qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1991, acting for many landowners in central London before moving across to agency. He has extensive experience in Belgravia, particularly in Eaton Square where he has very specialist knowledge. Richard also focuses on Albany in Piccadilly. He lives in Weybridge with his wife and two children, and is a lifelong supporter of Chelsea FC.
