head of mid-market residential sales in Putney, Matthew is responsible for running the team which specialises in the sale of apartments and smaller houses.
Having started a career in farming and attending the Hampshire College of Agriculture, Matthew started his property career with Savills in the London Docklands in the late 1980's. On moving to Bath, Matthew continued to work in agency where he later became a half share partner in an established West Country firm. On selling his share, Matthew returned to Savills in 2005 to work in the Putney office. He lives locally in Wandsworth with his wife and two young sons.
