Ian Wilkinson

Ian started his career with Savills in 2010 having completed a degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural College. Qualifying in 2012, he was promoted to associate in 2015 and associate director in 2020.

Ian is predominantly involved in estate management for a range of Institutional and private clients located throughout the East midlands and East Anglia.

Ian's key areas of expertise include landlord and tenant work, tenancy management, rent reviews and tenancy surrenders. These complement his background interest in farming and agricultural property.

He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and central association of agricultural valuers.
