Antony leads the rural consultancy team from the Peterborough and Nottingham Savills offices; delivering valuations for bank lending, tax, compulsory purchase and expert witness purposes throughout the midlands.
Antony's valuation experience covers rural estates, farms, town and country houses together equestrian property. Often working in the urban fringe and M1 corridor Antony frequently liaises with the commercial and development divisions to ensure appropriate valuation expertise is applied to mixed use property. Antony is an acknowledged expert in the pig and poultry sectors and through this specialism Antony works in the Irish Republic and Northern Ireland as well giving support to colleagues across the UK.
With farm business consultancy and general land agency experience, Antony advises on a range of assignments including the justification of dwellings in the countryside, rent reviews, and tenant rights.
Antony is from a farming background and joined Savills in 2001.
