Alex joined Savills in 2012, and acts for corporate occupiers with mixed commercial property portfolios throughout the UK.
Alex provides a broad range of services to his occupier clients. Significant focus is on lease advisory and transaction management to help clients to right-size their property holdings. Alex also oversees and advises clients on strategically held, sublet, and surplus assets by providing corporate estates management and service charge consultancy services.
Before joining Savills, Alex undertook a corporate estate management role for a national high street retailer, and asset management and valuation services for a diverse publicly owned property portfolio.
