Richard is a chartered surveyor acting across Norfolk and Suffolk. Based in Norwich, he specialises in the residential strategic land market, mixed use development and land disposal.
After Joining Savills in 2017 Richard has built up a portfolio of clients across Norfolk and Suffolk. Richard specialises in Strategic land, wherein he acts for clients across the sectors, from commercial and residential through to education, mixed use, settlement expansion and repurposing of historic buildings.
In 2023 Richard was shortlisted for the RICS Matrics award, in the Rural and Commercial Surveyor of the Year category. Although a late arrival to Norfolk, Richard has become fully immersed in the county and promotes the profession through his position on the council of the Norwich Forum for the Construction Industry. Since the emergence of Nutrient Neutrality in Norfolk, Richard has become a specialist advisor on nutrient neutrality in the development sector locally and nationally.
