Romina joined Savills in 2017 as part of the rural team in Lincoln.
Prior to joining Savills, Romina was based in Oxford and worked in an estate management role before relocating to Lincolnshire in late 2012 where she worked as a rural practice surveyor. Romina advises on a broad range of rural topics including tenancy matters, planning and development projects, compulsory purchase, valuations, sales and acquisitions and farm support schemes.
Romina’s roots are set firmly in the countryside. Being married to a Lincolnshire arable farmer provides Romina with an excellent understanding of the day to day matters which affect farmers and landowners. Outside of work, Romina enjoys a variety of country pursuits but in reality spends most of her time being towed around the Lincolnshire countryside by her horse and Labrador.
