The Savills Apprenticeship Insight Programme is open to individuals aged 16 or over who have completed their GCSEs and are currently in Year 12 or Year 13 (first or second year of college), or who have progressed beyond this stage in their education.
This unique one-week programme provides participants with the opportunity to shadow a current Savills apprentice, gaining valuable insight into the world of property and the apprenticeship experience. Participants will develop a better understanding of the different career pathways available at Savills, learn about life as an apprentice, and gain first-hand exposure to a professional working environment.
Our aim is to provide a flavour of the work that Savills apprentices undertake and to give potential future candidates a clear idea of how the property industry works. During the placement, we will offer the opportunity to attend departmental talks, to learn about other areas of the business, attend social events and meet directors from across the company.
The scheme demonstrates how we work and the services that the business provides. This is a valuable chance to learn more about the property industry and Savills as a business.
Applications will open in Summer 2027.
