CHALLENGE
Yarnton Manor holds a Grade II* listing with history tracing back to the Norman Conquest. Since its acquisition in 2021, the Savills team has actively been involved in its restoration.
SOLUTION
The project commenced with the comprehensive refurbishment of the main house and expanded to include outbuildings such as the Tithe Barn, Orangery, guest houses, garden structures and the Old Vicarage. Enhancements include new mechanical and electrics, fire safety & escape regulations, installation two accessible lifts, lightning projection and refurbishment of chimneys and fireplaces.
RESULTS
Our restoration efforts have seamlessly integrated modern amenities, compliance with current building codes and sustainability targets whilst preserving the estate's rich heritage, surpassing client expectations.
