They were keen to buy a property and shared ownership helped them bridge the gap of not being able to afford a large deposit.
Laker Court in Canary Wharf was the first property they viewed, they liked it straight away because of its central location, the space it offered and its two balconies.
The reservation process felt straightforward, of the process the couple say “we were just so happy and relieved that completion took place.” Looking ahead to the future “we do plan to staircase”, it feels like “our dream of having some stability” is “becoming reality, we just love this flat”.
The couple say they plan to live in their new home “forever” as they love it so much.
