From the point of inception, we worked with the appointed architects to maximise the development potential of the site working in both superstructure and subterranean design potential.
We considered the proposed traditional extension and the deep triple basement expansion of this facility, dealing with public consultation exercises, meeting with objector groups, rebutting objector technical models and reporting to planning authority and decision makers on both daylight and sunlight plus rights of light. We also dealt with party wall and access requirements, monitoring adjoining properties for movement, rebutting nuisance claims and dealing with post development damage and clean up.
