Our proposals will deliver 357 new homes in Nine Elms in buildings of between 10 and 13 storeys in height.
The scheme includes 26.6 per cent on-site affordable housing and 410 sq m of commercial / community floor space, which will include a new flagship HQ space for a local creative organisation.
The scheme is a joint venture from Bellway Homes and L&Q, who are currently on site at the Christie’s site next door building the 510 homes which we secured permission for in 2014.
