CHALLENGE
The client instructed us to undertake inspections and report on 32 sizeable assets within an eight week timeframe.
SOLUTION
We coordinated detailed inspections across a diverse portfolio of occupied buildings, complied with complex access requirements, and reviewed a vast amount of record information to provide an independent view on building fabric/M&E condition, statutory matters and future asset management liabilities.
RESULTS
Due to the scale and resource of our specialised Technical Due Diligence team in London, we were able to undertake the inspections and reporting on all assets within the clients’ required timescales.
