Our Heritage and Townscape consultants provided heritage, townscape and visual impact assessment for phase 3 of Blackwall Reach, as Volume II of ES document. The proposed development designed by C.F. Møller Architects, will be mixed-use, including residential space, a café/restaurant, estate concierge and ancillary gymnasium within two main building parcels, which will vary between six and 12 storeys in height, with landscaping, children’s play space, public realm, car and cycle parking, refuse and recycling facilities and other associated works.The proposed development, its impact on the surrounding heritage, townscape and visual receptors were assessed as part of the ES HTVIA report produced by the consultancy and submitted to London Borough of Tower Hamlets in October 2020. In September 2021, the proposed scheme at Blackwall Reach received delegate approval.
