Savills secured planning approval for the demolition of 100 existing homes, the delivery of up to 201 new homes and a new community centre. The scheme will be delivered over 4 phases. Savills secured planning permission for the first phase in 2018 to allow the early delivery of new homes to decant existing residents. An outline planning permission for the rest of the masterplan and reserved matters approval for the remaining phases was also secured in 2019.
