The scheme involves the regeneration of the existing market and 19 new buildings ranging from 3-26 storeys, and approximately 20,000sqm of non-residential floorspace, including a new 6 screen cinema. The site lies within a conservation area and features retention of the existing Festival of Britain buildings.
