On behalf of Ragley Estate, Savills has identified 30.3 ha of land south of Alcester, Warwickshire. Currently constrained by unauthorised public access, archaeology and partial flooding the land will be rezoned to enable structured public access and biodiversity provision. The work will be funded by the phased sale of 131.8 BNG units.
The land management agreement is currently being certified by Warwickshire County Council and recorded through the use of a Conservation Covenant. Once approved, the agricultural grassland will be transitioned to a mosaic of species rich grassland and managed scrub with the potential for wetland scrapes.
