The identification of a suitable location for Renault’s flagship London ‘rnlt’ concept within Battersea Power Station for the launch of the new Renault 5. We were required to find a suitable property that incorporates the unique needs for a car showroom including vehicle access for display vehicles, secure parking for test drive vehicles and heavy footfall and an iconic location for maximum brand exposure.
We agreed Heads of Terms and facilities the management of the transaction from the agreement of terms through to a successful completion. We also agreed a supplementary car parking licence in the underground car park for Renault’s test drive vehicles.
