A new Internet presence defines a new way of working.
At Savills our new site is set to revolutionise our offering both on and off line, giving our clients the freedom to do business in the way they choose. The new site encompasses the four key property and business areas and is colour-coded for immediate recognition and easy navigation - the Commercial area in red, Residential in blue, Rural yellow and Finance green. Properties in these areas are described in full detail, accompanied by floor plans, photographs, interactive location maps and clients can even take a virtual tour of properties of interest. A highly sophisticated search function means visitors can tailor every element of their journey and find whatever they would like to see in a minimal number of clicks.
In addition to the core property offering, the site offers a range of complementary service information directly relevant to the visitor's interest, such as research data, case studies and direct contacts. For example our newly enhanced Finance wing provides wide-ranging information for corporate and institutional investors, details for individual mortgage applicants, pensions planning advice and a range of other services.
Ultimately, our aim in redesigning the site is to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our clients. We have been testing the site on our audience, listening to their thoughts and making appropriate changes. This is an ongoing process as we seek to make the site even faster, easier to use, and tailored exactly to meet our visitors' needs.
