Our London-based European Team acts as an originator and co-ordinator for pan-European valuation work, meaning that we can offer valuation advice on a national and international basis.

Our experts are supported by market-leading occupational and investment agency teams, Savills Research department and several external property databases, which complement our method of combining bespoke valuation models together with industry-accepted valuation systems including Argus Capitalisation and Developer.

The team implements procedures which, from the outset of an instruction through to the final reports, are designed to match our clients’ needs, based on efficient and transparent processes that satisfy compliance requirements and ensure that deadlines are always met.
