Our services range from furniture packages, to dressing a property for the marketing period, through to redecorations, refurbishments and extensions.  A consultation service is also offere to those needing advice and we also off an after-sales service to new owners.

Each client is catered for on an individual basis. Based on an established track record of success in both the sales and lettings markets, we are able to offer the best advice to our clients.  Savills Interior Services have excellent long-standing relationships with a variety of quality contractors and suppliers.  We know that working with contractors can be very stressful; with Savills Interior Services, the reigns of control can be confidently handed over

Our Expertise:

Savills Interior Services offer expertise and supervision of refurbishments at all levles, from internal redecorations, to complete makeovers, and complete refurbishments, including external works, extensions and reconfiguration of space.

Refurbishments are particularly difficult for clients who are busy and either travelling or living abroad. If the property they intend to rent or sell is in poor bad condition, they can leave the entire job with us.  The whole process from planning applications, to snagging, can be left in our hands, before handing over the property to the sales or lettings team.

If a property is empty it can be unwelcoming and cold. The right type of furniture can make a huge difference to the appearance and desirability of a property. Savills Interior Services can offer a selection of furniture packages and various options of renting, dressing or renting with the option to purchase the furniture.
