Each client is catered for on an individual basis and our advice is specifically tailored to suit their short or long term requirements based on a well established track record of success in both the sales and lettings markets.
Our services range from furniture packages for landlords, dressing a property for the marketing period for both sales and lettings, through to redecorations, refurbishments and extensions. We also offer a consultation service for clients who just need advice along with a fully bespoke after-sales service to purchasers who want to personalise their new homes to suit their own specific tastes.
Savills Interior Services have excellent long-standing relationships with a variety of quality contractors and suppliers. We know that working with contractors on any project can be very stressful and/or time consuming and Savills Interior Services are here to make the process as smooth and simple as possible. We offer expertise and supervision on all refurbishment works from internal redecorations, to superficial makeovers and complete refurbishments including external works, extensions (planning applications/building regulations and party wall agreements) and reconfiguration of spaces.
If a property is empty it can feel cold, underwhelming or overwhelming and unwelcoming which is the exact opposite of what most applicants would be looking for! The right type of furniture can make a huge difference to the appearance and desirability of a property and we are able to offer a wide selection of furnishing options including renting, dressing (staging) or renting with the option to purchase the furniture.
