• The ability to undertake due diligence work prior to acquisition which will include analysis and benchmarking of service contracts, historic expenditure and any proposed future expenditure
• To undertake close liaison with our clients’ insurers brokers that should lead to potential cost significant savings in a property’s total occupational costs
