Most sizeable schemes require on site resources which may include a management team, security and cleaning staff. As part of our standard property management service, Savills will directly employ these staff through our subsidiary Savills Management Resources (SMR). SMR currently employs over 600 on site staff on 150 sites around the UK. 

 

Our Expertise:

We provide a specialist service that focuses on the requirements of managing and administering a large workforce that is disparate in terms of its skill sets and geography. This service is split into two key areas: 

  • Human Resources (HR) - Provides a full range of HR services including advice on general employment issues, recruitment and selection, contracts and probationary period reviews, Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment (TUPE), appraisals, dismissals and redundancy, absence, disciplinary and grievance. 
  • Finance -  Responsibility for the administration of the fortnightly and monthly payrolls and any employee benefits including pensions, healthcare and company cars.
