A major office development by Delancey and funded by Standard Life, completed in May 2008. The property provides 9,421 sq m (101,408 sq ft) of office accommodation over ground and six upper floors with twenty residential apartments on the seventh and eighth floors.

After securing funding for the project on behalf of Delancey Estates from Standard Life with the instruction to seek tenants for the property.

Our Solution:
Having funded the project on behalf of Delancey Estates with Standard Life, we took the available space to the market in 2006 and 2007 and secured full letting for the accommodation at record rents on highly attractive terms. Tenants include Wells Fargo & Co, GMR Infrastructure Ltd, ZBI Europe LLC and BC Partners Ltd.
