Savills has a team of over 50 dedicated staff with specialist expertise in undertaking fire risk assessments headed up by John Herbison who is an acknowledged expert in the field.  We are able to undertake the following work:

• Reviewing property portfolios on a desktop basis in order to identify the high risk properties and to prioritise the fire risk assessments.
• Undertaking full fire risk assessments on site by trained Risk Assessors.
• Production of detailed fire risk assessment reports with action plans and priorities.

• Provision of training throughout organisations, both at a strategic level and also for staff managing buildings on a day to day basis.
