Our Expertise:

Savills has developed a specialist team of over 50 surveyors dedicated to undertaking asbestos surveys in the social housing sector.  Our services include the following:

• Undertaking Type 1, 2 and 3 surveys (more recently defined as Management Surveys and Demolition Surveys).
• Processing of samples through a UKAS accredited laboratory.
