Savills services go beyond undertaking the surveys themselves and involves a total service offering including design and commissioning of surveys, project management of surveys and reporting and analysis of results. We are also able to develop detailed strategies in relation to stock investment, fire risk, asbestos, energy, electrical testing and DDA assessments. 

Our Expertise:

Savills has a dedicated team of over 150 surveyors located around the country undertaking all types of surveys.  All our staff have been fully trained and hold the relevant accreditation and qualifications.  Surveys can be undertaken for a variety of reasons including the following: 

• Assessing the current and future repairs and maintenance liabilities of properties.
• Fire risk assessments in order to meet current legislation and develop an overarching fire risk strategy.
• An assessment of asbestos in relation to meeting the guidance and landlord’s obligations.
• Electrical tests for the purposes of health and safety and identifying current and future work.
• DDA assessments for the purposes of meeting landlord’s obligations in this area.
• Energy surveys for the purposes of assessing the current energy performance of properties and developing energy and sustainability strategies
