Our expertise is based upon proven experience of large scale schemes, managing the programme and all financial aspects from inception through to completion with innovative computerised systems which combine the use of traditional Quantity Surveying techniques with new innovative approaches that ensure rigid management and cost control. We form an integral part of the client in-house team working closely with the financial and delivery departments to ensure the client’s requirements and specific objectives are met through the following.
Representing the employer and performing the contractual responsibilities under design and build and/or partnering construction contracts. Our Employer’s Agent’s become an integral part of our client’s organisations in delivery of their scheme.
Co-ordination is the key to the success of any project. Savills have very experienced project managers, employer’s agent’s and quantity surveyors with an understanding of the client’s requirements and expectations which is efficiently managed and communicated to all parties of the construction process.
We provide advise and support on all aspects of construction cost control including budget estimates, cost planning, bills of quantities, schedules of work, ensuring that added value is attained on all projects.
We have extensive experience of all forms of contract both traditional and partnering and can offer advice and training to our clients. We also prepare and complete the contracts for signing by the various parties.
Our team is very experienced in the delivery of new build regeneration schemes achieving the client’s goals and aspirations by working with stakeholders, developers and HCA to ensure cost and value are managed to allow a scheme to proceed. We are aware of the many difficulties and complexities that need to be over come and prepare robust risk registers as necessary to ensure stringent control of the whole process.
