Our Expertise:
Our people have over 30 years’ experience at a variety of levels of advising, managing and delivering mixed tenure housing and regeneration programmes and projects for Registered Providers, local authorities and other public agencies, and setting up and managing joint ventures with private sector partners.
We understand how to deliver successful mixed tenure schemes which create successful places. We have an in-depth understanding of public sector funding regimes. We have been highly successful in reviewing stalled or problem schemes and helping clients bid for funding to the HCA.
We manage whole development programmes, as we currently do for Chelmer Housing Partnership, or individual projects, such as the Rayners Lane estate regeneration for Home Group. On these projects our staff work in the client’s office, integrated with the in-house teams.
Linking with our procurement teams, we offer a one-stop service including cost consultancy, technical support, employer’s agent and contract management.
We have undertaken reviews of development procedures and systems, compliance audits and health checks, and provide staff training on a variety of development issues.
We advise local authorities and other agencies on delivery strategies for land and estates, including the procurement of development partners, and use of the HCA Delivery Partner Panel.
