We support our clients from the feasibility or tendering stage onwards. For more complex projects much of our work evolves around the creation and provision of bespoke financial development models working with our clients to drive out their key performance measures.
Working for a wide range of clients, we have in depth understanding of valuing the wide range of affordable housing products based on 20 years of valuation experience, complex projects including stock transfers, estate regeneration, extra care for the elderly, PFI/PPP, mixed use and mixed tenure projects, key-worker and student schemes.
The Savills Housing team act for all of the main developing Registered Providers in a variety of capacities but especially in their interaction with the private sector. We also act for Government organisations including the Homes and Communities Agency and Local Authorities.
Developers and Registered Providers operate in different ways. The Savills team has both the knowledge and experience of both sectors to assist in making projects work and achieving the objectives of both parties.
