We believe it is essential that the local community and wider stakeholders are engaged throughout the development and endorsement of regeneration proposals. Our approach gives local stakeholders confidence in their own powers, develops their skills and provides a clear basis for the content of regeneration proposals.

Our Expertise:

As an experienced and professional team, our role is to ensure that all views are taken into consideration and that the proposals reflect these views, whilst incorporating what is best for the area in respect of its long term sustainability.

Obstacles to effective consultation include managing complex groups of stakeholders, conflicting views amongst participants, uncertainty about outcomes and negative experiences due to lack of feedback from previous exercises.

Successful management of these issues is by our development of a strategic, integrated and involved approach to consultation and participation. It is important that the consultation process feels real, committed, integrated and influential.
