Planning & Urban Design

Savills’ Planning department has expertise in serving the education sector and, in particular, in terms of project management, preparation of environmental statements, as well as strategic and technical planning, design and massing advice, often working with other teams in Savills to fund education projects for clients through the sale of development of surplus land.
