Remuneration Reviews

Savills regularly undertake remuneration reviews for clients.  This can range from benchmarking salaries against the appropriate salaries market, to a full scale review which looks at all aspects of the remuneration package, including all non salary benefits. 

Policy Development & Implementation

We review policies against legal requirements and best practice in the relevant employment market. We produce revised documentation for consultation and can assist with implementation.
