We provide independent tenants advice on ‘change’ projects, such as stock options appraisals, stock transfers (or other preferred options) and stock rationalisation projects. We help to provide honest, open advice to tenants and residents to help them make informed choices and be fully aware of what is happening.

Community Consultation

We believe it is essential that the local community and wider stakeholders are engaged throughout the development and endorsement of regeneration proposals. Our approach gives local stakeholders confidence in their own powers, develops their skills and provides a clear basis for the content of regeneration proposals

Resident Involvement

We work with housing associations, local authorities and ALMOs across all tenures to ensure they are open and accountable to residents, are offering a menu of involvement at all levels and are embedding resident involvement within the culture of the organisation.  We have an in – house resident involvement agency - Libra
