Our London based European Valuation team acts as an originator and co-ordinator for pan-European valuation work across the Savills network and beyond.

Our team draw upon up to date knowledge of the relevant markets, working in conjunction with locally-based teams, to provide detailed reports that will help you make fully informed property decisions. The valuation teams work closely alongside both investment and leasing agency colleagues, together with our international reseach department.
The European Valuation team's combination of international experience and perspective, with an in-depth knowledge of the individual European markets at local level, allow us to provide unrivalled advice in this area.
Our Expertise:
The team provides a full range of valuation and advisory services covering both the commerical and residential sectors. This includes, inter alia, loan security valuations, accounts valuations for investment funds, valuations on behalf of corporate owner occupiers and strategy/business plan analysis. The team have experience with valuation work in over 20 countries.
